Acoustic environmental noise barriers manufactured from steel, aluminium or stainless steel are an alternative for customers as they are an effective and cheap material to use for acoustic soundproofing. Acoustic screens are made up of two sides, one absorbent and the other reflective or insulating. The absorbent side is oriented to the noise zone, which is designed with small perforations to absorb traffic noise, while the other side is smooth and only takes care of isolating the noise. Inside, the soundproofing functions are carried out by rock wool, which is composed of sound-absorbing material, with variable thicknesses and densities depending on what the customer wants. The panels can be assembled and manufactured quickly. They are environmentally friendly and achieve good thermal and long-lasting performance. These metal acoustic screens provide the durability and strength that most of our customers desire. The material is lighter than concrete and the strength is similar.
